Front border is done!

Well, actually one of the front borders is finally done. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been thinking of what to plant there and then I finally got around to getting a design for that area. I bought lots of part shade/sun plants and removed everything that was there.

    Searching random native plant related blog sites with the idea of creating one myself in Seattle. Your front border area reminds me of my own project! We started with dead plants and barren soil. I have enjoyed collecting funky rotten sticks and logs from construction sites to give it some structure. Also, up here we can have lots of fun planting mosses and funguses among the rotten wood.
