Mimosa Knits and other meanderings

I have about 500-600 yards alpaca spun up for the DH's sweater and I'm thinking of making a cycling sweater for him. I want a snug and lightweight sweater nothing too bulky. On average I'll need about 1200 yards for aran/worsted weight.
